We are NOT an official website. We are just a recharge service provider, working like Paytm, Mobikwik and Freecharge. We provide DishTV recharge services through a third-party API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DishTV or Tata Play. DishTV and Tata Play are trademarks of their respective owners.
3 Services Provided
We provide online DTH recharge services for DishTV subscribers. All recharges are processed through secure payment gateways via a third-party API, the same way other recharge platforms process transactions.
4 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate registered mobile number, VC number, and email address while recharging. We are not responsible for recharges processed on incorrect details provided by you.
5 Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure and verified payment gateways. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Prices for plans and services may change without prior notice.
6 Recharge Processing
Recharges are usually processed instantly. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours due to technical issues at the operator's end. If your recharge fails, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
7 Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the recharge transaction in question.
8 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
