Recharges are usually activated within seconds. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Go to the Balance tab, enter an amount, select a payment method, and click Add Money.
What is a VC Number?
Your VC Number is your DishTV subscriber/viewer card number. It starts with letters like IN3001234567.
My recharge failed. What should I do?
Register a complaint from the Complaint tab and our team will assist you, or you can contact support.
How do I change my password?
Go to the Change Password tab, enter your current and new password, and save.
